Holiday Classic Returns to the LCCC Stage in a Heartwarming Radio Play

LINCOLN CITY, OR — Director Lewis Smith remembers the moment with perfect clarity: standing in the wings after being cast as George Bailey, the role made famous by Jimmy Stewart, and finding himself unexpectedly mesmerized not by the performance unfolding onstage, but by the director stationed at the foley table. While others focused on the script, Smith watched the director’s hands dancing across improvised tools and props, each gesture summoning the clatter, creak, or whisper that brought the radio drama to life.
