City Hall Trick or Treat Ghost Walk on Friday, October 30 Kicks Off a Full Halloween Weekend of Holiday Fun in Newport

The City of Newport will host its annual Trick or Treat Ghost Walk on Friday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 6 p.m. The free, family-friendly event will begin at Newport City Hall, located at 169 SW Coast Highway. Trick-or-treaters of all ages are requested to enter at the south doors of the building on the corner of US 101 and SW Angle St.

Trick-or-treaters of all ages are invited to follow a festive route through City Hall, the 60+ Activity Center, and the Recreation and Aquatic Centers, collecting treats along the way. Public parking lots and roads in the area will remain open. City staff and volunteers will be available to help direct participants along the route.
